Nice Recruiting ad.

For a quick work, that was good. Could have raised the FPS a bit but it was good. Your guys club is known quite active from what I oberserved and I appreciate what you guys are doing. Going against those bad submission and protecting Newgrounds, (in a way).

Hope to see a revamped version of this ad next time, and Go NG Army!!

Vaslious responds:

Thanks for the review. I'm currently working on revamping it a little in the problem area's. I'll hopefully have that up by this weekend. I'll see what i can do about adding background music as well a adjust the audio settings to make the voice at the very end audible.

Madness Tribute!!

Wow, that was an excellent tribute in my viewing. You really choose the right action, words, and music for this tribute. It was simply, awesome!

Krinkles would definitely be proud of this tribute.
You got quite some skills, in time, I can see that you'll come out with most excellent flashes. Just needs to be original in nature. :-)

Great job Felces and keep up your commitment to the works of FLash.

Felces responds:

ill try

Exceptionally Done..

Ah, Part 8. This one contained better Battle Animation. And the plot was cool but for the airship scene, I recommend the movement of the Sky's background if possible.

The Story progressed well and was enjoyable. That scene with the Airship landing was a nice touch, glad you added that. Your diologue were well organized. I especially like the Battle Scene, nicely done I must say.

I know you used Swish for the Text Intro, its effects is always dazzling. I also notice the Preloader Bar didn't seem to go but the Bytes showed. You did well choosing the theme music for each scene and the personality set for each charc. It still boggles me on what role Shadow Plays...

Neverless, Great Work once again Vince, I hope to see a Part9!

Vinstigator responds:

Thank you! Well the part when the airship was in the sky, I couldn't do much about that. In fact, one of the movies that won daily feature (FFIII Continued) did the same exact thing.

I think it would almost be impossible to have the backround move like that. I kinda did it in part 2 (took A LOT of effort) and it wasn't really that great. But the part where it landed, I could easily do that (as I've shown in this episode)!

Well onto part 9!

Truly Great!

Wow, that was definitely unexpected. The Quality, style, animation, and atwork was visually stunning and impressive. The Conception of a Robot that believed to be a human was very interesting, very original in that sense. I enjoy this short and particular the ending, haha, searching for the one thing that would save him, led him to his demise.

You got a good series to work with. Good Luck on your Finals and Congrats on your Award.

madeofsquares responds:

thanks -- it's reviews like this that make it all worthwhile. there should be more soon..

..i hope!

Great Sprite Movie.

Hey, this is sweet stuff. Using Sprites from FF5 and Chrono Trigger really was a good choice. The Background, text, and use of animation are all very slick. Plus, you got some good writing imagination. hahaha.

Last and not least, good choice of Music, the Music of Final Fantasy is one of my favorite Genre. Good luck with your next movie.

Vinstigator responds:

I'm really glad you liked this movie. Part 8 will be better than this movie so stay tuned!

Robo-Rubble

Ha, well this Movie improved much from last time. I like the Sequence of Planes and the Actions as well as the Arwork.

What I can say to improve this flash is perhaps sound or such. Perhaps even a Series could be implenated. Whatever case, this just screams Anime.

Excellent Tribute, Once again.

HaroFreak responds:

Thanks again for your review.

I decided not to add sound because I could not extract the original sound effects from the TV show...

After all, the original concept is made by Go Nagai; a mighty good animation company.

Impressive, seemless Action.

Damm, for a first movie, you done it quite excessively well. Smooth Animation, and quick action. Nice how you worked with the Song, but yes, the artwork for this could always get better (but you proved that already in your other Flash). Still, what a Flash, truly a Ideal Tribute for Gundam Fans everywhere. Excellent Job.

HaroFreak responds:

Thank you for your constructive criticism. It is rare of a Newgroundian to give a review of this sort.

I cannot agree more with you when it comes to the Artwork. I am currently working on something else as well, but it would only be done by about Late March 2004...

Exquiste Portrayed!

This Flash is truly impressive. The Artwork is extremely well done. The Storyline is also very deep, and interesting. I do wonder how it will play through.

The Audio was great! And the animation, Jeez! Its very well done. I could swear you used a 3D modeling program for the Charc's Walk Cycle.

But damm, this is Excellent stuff and I def. am looking foward to Freak Episode 2!

Evil-Dog responds:

Thank you :)
we indeed used 3D for the character animations (Poser4)
Thanks again for the great comment !
Peace man

Yes I remember..

Hey Dark Knight, It is I Bahamutreborn. I remember you well, from that day you welcomed me to the Clockcrew to the Day you created that awesome Avatar for me at the LSC. But looks like, you have lived a legacy by the story told in this.

Thanks for all you have done and I shall always remember thy Comic Clock (Dark Knight).

Dark-Knight responds:

Glad u like the movie... I remember u too

Needs something...

Hmm well, the Cityscape looks comrimising annd your Charcacter art isn't too bad. But, i have no idea what was going on. A Little Explanation about this flash would be nice. The Buildings also should appear a darker variation to match with that type of brightness in my opinion.

Overall, its looking decent, just needs some work. Good luck.

KmartWarrior responds:

I'd agree with that, and thanks for the review. Thing is, this took me almost 30 hours to do, because I am very new to flash. It's a very short trailer (a teaser if you will), just to see if anyone would want to see a full version of the movie.

Strive to better yourself.
